Human Welfare Foundation expresses deepest sorrow for demise of Justice Rajinder Sachar
with great sorrow we hear the demise of former Delhi High Court Chief Justice Rajinder Sachar. He was born on 22 December 1923, chaired the committee constituted by UPA-1 for the study of status of Muslims in India, which was famous by his name as “Sachar Report”. It was a first ever detailed report on the status of Muslims for their Social, Economical & Educational status.
